Message From The Pastor

 

The Scriptures declare in Psalm 51:17, “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a

broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise." (ESV)  Our desire at New Georgia Baptist is to remain humble and concentrated on the desires of God for His church.  To accomplish this, we commit to the following:

 

• Authentically demonstrate the grace of Jesus Christ

• Gratefully testify of His forgiveness of sin through Jesus Christ

• Truthfully teach the trustworthiness of the Bible

• Faithfully complete the mission the Church has been given

 

To do these things with honor, we believe there must be brokenness over our sin, submission to the will of God, and the joyous telling to others of His mercies and grace!

 

New Georgia Baptist has the glorious task to make much of Jesus Christ in this community, delivering the Gospel of Peace wherever we go.  Our hearts rest in Him, and our call is to worship God in all we do.  We invite you to come and hear the goodness of this Gospel, the hope that rests alone through faith in Jesus Christ, and the high-call of the Christian life.
